½ tsp salt
2-3 mint leaves
1 lemon slice
4-5 ice cubes
1 cup carbonated water/soda water
Instructions:
1.In a glass, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, black salt, and salt.
2.Add mint leaves, a lemon slice, and ice cubcube.
3.Pour in soda water and stir well.
4.Garnish with more mint leaves and a lemon slice if desired.
Your Lemon Soda is ready to be enjoyed!
2.Masala Lemon Soda – A Tangy, Spicy Twist!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 pinch black pepper powder
¼ tsp black salt
½ tsp regular salt
4-5 ice cubes
1 cup carbonated water/soda water
Instructions:
1.In a glass, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, black salt, and regular salt.
2.Add ice cubes.
3.Pour in soda water and stir well.

3.Purple Lemon Soda – A Stunning, Antioxidant-Rich Drink!

Ingredients:
14-15 dried butterfly pea flowers
2 cups water
2 tbsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp black salt
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup carbonated water/soda water
Blue ice cubes (optional, made from butterfly pea flower tea)
Instructions:
1.Wash the butterfly pea flowers to remove any dust.
2.Boil 2 cups of water, turn off the heat, and add the flowers.
3.Let them steep for 5 minutes until the water turns a deep blue, then strain.
4.Pour some of this tea into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3-4 hours (optional).
5.Once the remaining tea has cooled, pour ½ cup into a glass.
6.Add powdered sugar, black salt, and blue ice cubes.
7.Add lemon juice and watch the color shift from blue to a beautiful purple!
8.Pour in soda water and stir.
Your Purple Lemon Soda is ready—fizzy, refreshing, and mesmerizing!
4.Peach & Thyme Iced Tea– A Fruity Herbal Delight!

Ingredients:

4.Strain and cool the mixture.
