MOONGlET Is A Desi Version Of Italian Cuisine. (VEGAN FOOD)

There is a lot of trend these days to eat pizza, especially among children and teenagers. But the elders of many houses do not consider pizza good for health. In such a situation, this desi version of pizza can be made for children. It is a unique fusion of moong dal and pizza, combining traditional moong dal with the Italian taste of pizza.
INGREDIENTS :
1 Big cup moong dal,
1 Tbsp chana dal ,
2 Tbsp urad dal ,
1 green chilli ,
1 inch ginger,
1 tsp salt ,
1 tsp turmeric ,
1 tsp red chilli powder ,
1 tsp asafoetida,
1 tsp coriander powder ,
1 tsp garam masala powder,
1 pinch baking soda ,
2 tbsp chopped onion,
2 tbsp grated carrots,
1 tbsp chopped coriander ,
1 tsp coconut oil,
1 tsp ginger ,
1 tsp tomato ketchup ,
5 slices capsicum ,
5 slices onion,
5 slices tomato,
100 grams soya paneer (TOFU).
Method of preparation:
– Soak moong dal and other pulses separately in separate bowls for a few hours. After soaking, drain the water – then grind all these pulses with ginger and green chillies in a mixer.
– Now take out the blended mixture in a bowl and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, garam masala powder and baking soda.
– Add chopped onion, carrot and coriander to this mixture and mix well.
– Now take a non-stick pan and heat coconut oil in it. Add batter into it. Cook it on both sides like a thick pancake (Mota Cheela).
– After cooking, apply tomato ketchup on its top, then place slices of vegetables and paneer on it. Now close the lid of the non-stick pan and cook it for about 15 minutes. – VEGAN MOONGLET is ready like this. Serve it hot.
